Order Processing & Delivery Times

Our delivery process consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time

Once we receive your order, it is checked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours.

We process orders Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the following day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.
After processing, your order is carefully checked, packed and prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery time refers to the transport period from our warehouse to your address.
The average delivery time is 5–16 working days, depending on your location.

Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

For added peace of mind, you may choose insured shipping for A$9,95 which provides full coverage in case your parcel is lost or damaged during transit.

Taxes & Duties

The customer is responsible for any taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by the destination country.
This includes, but is not limited to, VAT, import duties or other local charges.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment easily.

You can track your parcel at any time and view the estimated delivery date.
